House originally owned by Harry & Reba H. Bletzacker; land was originally owned by Walter Henry Atwood and subsequently deeded to his wife Deidamia Atwood and was held in her name until 1936; Harry Bletzacker died in 1943 and his widow sold the house to William H. Adams in 1944 and he and his wife, Nellis, lived there until his death in 1952. Nellie transferred title to her daughter, Maude Adams Birkenshaw in 1954. Leisha Durphee purchased the house in 1994. The current owners purchased the house in 2001. The architectural style of this house is Int Art Moderne.
