| History |
A 37-year old female with a history of hepatocellular carcinoma, status post liver transplant x 2, presented to the ED with a 1-day history of right-sided headache, right eye pain, photophobia and unsteady gait. Two days prior to presentation patient had been discharged following second transplant. |
