History A 30-year old male with binocular vertical diplopia. left peri-orbital pain and low-grade fever. Previous history significant for HIV with first AIDS-defining illness, Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia.
Pathology Large cell lymphoma
Disease/Diagnosis Orbital lymphoid tumor
Clinical VA: Best-corrected, 20/20 OU; Motility: Variable left hypertropia worse on downgaze and upgaze in adduction.
Presenting Symptom Binocular vertical diplopia; Left periorbital pain
Neuroimaging CT
Treatment Surgery; HIV protease inhibitors
