Disease/Diagnosis Mesencephalic catheter-induced embolic stroke
Clinical VA: 20/30 OD, 20/20 OS; Bilateral ptosis; Complete adduction deficit OD
Presenting Symptom Bilateral ptosis; Upbeating conjugate jerk nystagmus
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Platelet aggregation inhibitors; Fibrinolytic agents; Cholinesterase inhibitors
