Disease/Diagnosis Nasopharyngeal carcinoma
Clinical VA: Light perception only OD, 20/20 OS; Color plates: 0/10 OD, 10/10 OS; RAPD OD
Presenting Symptom Headache; Loss of vision OD
Neuroimaging CT
Treatment Antineoplastic agents; Surgery
