History A 31-year old female with a 2-month history of binocular horizontal diplopia on gaze to the left. Previous history significant for for papillary carcinoma of the thyroid with metastasis to one paratracheal lymph node.
Pathology Middle cranial fossa lesion composed of vascular channels separated by fibroconnective tissue stroma.
Disease/Diagnosis Cavernous angioma of the cavernous sinus
Clinical VA: 20/20 OU at distance; Near acuity was J2 on the right and J1 on the left. Color plates: 10/10 OU.
Presenting Symptom Diplopia
