Pathology Thalamic lesion composed of non-caseating sarcoid granulomas.
Disease/Diagnosis Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy
Clinical VA: 6/6 OU; Pupils 3.5 mm OD, 3 mm OS
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Right arm weakness and numbness
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
Treatment Corticosteroids
