Pathology Intraventricular tumor reactive for neuron-specific enolase and synaptophysin.
Disease/Diagnosis Central neurocytoma
Clinical Bilateral, severe disc elevation with hyperemia.
Presenting Symptom Headache; Transient visual obscurations aggravated by bright lights
Neuroimaging CT
