Show This photograph is a portrait of Berenice Jewett Bradshaw. Mrs. Bradshaw is wearing a light colored dress with a tie around the waist. She is wearing glasses and around her shoulders a white fur stole. Around Mrs. Bradshaw's neck is a three strand pearl necklace, and she is wearing clustered pearl earrings. On her left wrist there is a large bracelet, and on the ring finger of her left hand there is a large ring with a dark colored stone. On Mrs. Bradshaw's right wrist there is a pearl bracelet, and on the ring finger of her right hand there is a ring with a large stone. Mrs. Bradshaw is standing behind a chair, with her right hand placed on the chair. Behind her, on the right side of the photograph, there is a plant with palm leaves. |

This photograph is in excellent condition. On the back the following information is handwritten in pencil: "Berenice Jewett Bradshaw." On the bottom of the back of the photograph the following information is printed in black ink: "CREDIT MUST READ BUSATH PHOTOGRAPHY." There is printing on the back indicating" "THIS PAPER MANUFACTURED BY KODAK." The original portrait of Mrs. Bradshaw presently hangs in the Jewett Center for the Performing Arts, Westminster College, Salt Lake City, Utah. Berenice Jewett Bradshaw attended Westminster as a high school student in 1922. She gave considerable money to Westminster College to support operational expenses, refurbish buildings and to build the Jewett Center for the Performing Arts. Her deceased husband, Franklin Bradshaw, left her a considerable fortune from his automotive parts and gas and oil enterprises in the Intermountain West.
