Business car Utah owned by Philip Anschutz, owner of the D&RGW Railroad. Anschutz bought the car for his use after he bought the railroad. Built by the Budd Company for the Rock Island Railroad as a coach and converted (by a subsequent owner) as a private car. Renamed by Anschutz, who named his cars after states. Photo taken at the Roper Yards, 1987. |
