There is a program consisting of the presentation of the colors, singing of the national anthem, music by a high school band, selections by some chorus, and Indian dances. The scene of the ceremony that took place on May 10, 1869 is re-enacted by local citizens of Brigham City, or other nearby towns, in regalia.
