Looking upstream at outlet transition of siphon from Steinaker Service Canal Station 552+25. The channel across the canal in the foreground was for tempoary purpose during siphon construction, but was eroded during snow-melt in February, 1962. The erosion extended to beyond the cutoff of the transition. Work is being performed by A & B Construction Company under Specifications No. DC-5464. |
