Description |
Photo shows two wild burros. Caption on reverse side of photograph: Chapter 1, no. 8. Wild burros with their small bodies, long pointed ears and sad eyes are overrunning the western deserts. In fact there are at present too many for the scarce food. They make excellent pack animals and it is hoped that some may soon be put to that use. |
