Additional Information Miyazu Bushi is a local chant in which "reverse psychology" is used to attract visitors: "I will never go back to Miyazu again; it makes my striped wallet empty". Amanohashidate is a pine-covered sand spit whose name means "bridge to heaven." Image was scanned from color slide. Caption is from photographer's notes on slide
