Erection of No. 1 tailtower on right abutment by Arch Dam Constructors. Cableways will extend from a fixed head tower on left abutment to two movable tailtowers on the right abutment. Buckets holding 8 cubic yards of concrete will be handled by cableways in placing the one million cubic yards of concrete in Flaming Gorge Dam.
