A group of soldiers from the army go alpine skiing at an unspecified resort. Then, LaVern Trepp goes sailing across a lake with two other men. Afterwards, Trepp takes the train to the mountains and goes skiing with another group of soldiers. Finally, a group of soldiers goes rock climbing and traverses across a frozen lake with a horse.
