Typewritten copy of the John D. Lee diary, January 31, 1841 to July 18, 1841. This copy was made from one owned by Mozelle N. Bickley from Salt Lake City by Juanita Brooks on May 7-14, 1949. The diary is an account of the activities of John D. Lee during a mission to Tennessee. It gives details of religious discussion, distances traveled, conversions and baptisms, and general items, with short poems and acrostics dedicated to different friends. |
