A V.E. Day celebrating the surrender of Germany was held in Vernal. A parade preceding the program highlighted the event. A crowd can be seen gathered in the center of town. The American Legions color guard, the Uintah High School Girls Pep Club and the entire high school student body accompanied the Uintah High School band in the march down Main Street. |
