Description Rocks are laid out for a foundation on a building to house the fossils and other rocks at the Dinosaur National Monument. Men from the FERA Government program did the work. A group of men from the CWA (Civilian Works Administration) and the FERA (Federal Emergency Relief Administration) worked and lived at the Monument under the supervision of Dr. Albert C. Boyle, second superintendent of the Monument.
