First Security correspondence, June-July 1934

Correspondence from June and July of 1934 related to the business activity of First Security Corporation and its subsidiaries, including First Security Bank of Utah and First Security Bank of Idaho. Bank loans were a common theme in the correspondence. The work of Mr. Eccles with the Farm Credit Administration is also mentioned. A letter dated 2 June 1934 from Mr. Eccles to Orval W. Adams at the Utah State National Bank mentions the influence of John Maynard Keynes on the Roosevelt administration. One set of letters concerns the price the government should pay for sheep on public lands.
