Description |
The Newton brothers, William "Bill" and Isaac "Ike", opened a shoe shop in 1905. The building was located on South Vernal Avenue, next to the Colbble Rock Station. Although both brothers were nearly blind, they worked hard to build a successful business. Left to right are: Laurence Fox, Jewel Jensen, unidentified, unidentified, Bill Newton, Isaac (Ike) Newton, next four unidentified. |
