U.S.A.C. Extension Group at Community House

Rena B. Maycolck, Effie Burrows and Ellen Agren, specialist of the U.S.A.C. extension sevice, conducted classes in various home making skills for adult leaders in Vernal. Pictured at the Community House are women from Vernal First and Second Wards, Ladies Aide, Glines, Naples, Jensen, Maeser, Tridell, Lapoint and Randlett. The leaders of theses various communities took this valuable information back to their commnunities. The Vernal Express stated, "Through the extension service, home demonstraton program, a well-rounded program is trying to be given to make the profession of home-making the most valuable in the world. That through the training of the child in the home, our citizens of tomorrow are molded.
