Description Utah Territorial Statehouse in Fillmore, Utah / The Old State House, Fillmore, Utah. Built to serve as Utah's first capitol, this red sandstone building housed the 1855-56 session of the legislature. Used in Utah Historical Quarterly (volume 26, number 3, July 1958). Also used in Valley issue, 1963 edition.
