| Description |
Davis School building. The Davis School located on the corner of 4000 South and 1500 East in the Davis area. The building was built prior to 1912 as in that year they were asking the School District for a bond of $4000 to build an addition to the school. The school had outgrown its school room facilities and two more rooms were needed. Fifth and sixth grade students are standing in front, to the left; seventh and eighth grades are on the right side. Teacher standing to left with students is Sterling Haws. Teacher standing in doorway is Hannah Richards. |
