Description |
The Orpheus Hall was located at 100 South Vernal Avenue. It was built in 1911. It was managed by C.W. Showalter. Activities at the hall included Moving Pictures, Movies, Theatricals, Dances, Boxing, Basketball and Roller Skating. It was the only spring floor hall in the Basin. The springs were 6.5 inches high and 3.5 inches in diameter. It was later named the Imperial Hall. |
