View (looking southeast from Anderson's Tower / Anderson Tower), Salt Lake City, Utah. The street on left was "A" Street. The house on the left-hand corner was located on Sixth (6th) Avenue. The taller house was the Richard K.A. (Karl August) Kletting residence. The smaller house (very small) next door was used as his office. At center right the Kletting designed Utah Exposition Buildings can be seen in the background. This was the location of the first Utah State Fair. Kletting was the architect of the Utah State Capitol. Photographer: Charles R. Savage. |
