Description
Priscilla Johnson discusses growing up in a Spanish speaking household in New Mexico and her father's military service. She recounts learning English in elementary school and moving to Lark, Utah when her father worked as a miner. Her family then moved to Midvale. Johnson furthered her education in computer technology and worked as a programmer for Utah Power and Light, American Stores, and Intel. She discusses issues that she faced working as a woman in the information technology field, and the importance she places on education for herself and her family.
