Description |
Tilt Tracker is a pressure relief system for rehab clinicians and patients in wheelchairs to prevent pressure ulcers. Pressure ulcers kill 29,000 people annually, cost $11 billion to patients, and they are 100% preventable. Tilt Tracker's pressure relief monitor tracks patient compliance and improves patient habits with increased accountability. Therapists guide patients through a customized goal setting process, tailored for the patients' needs. They choose targets for pressure relief duration, frequency, and tilt. During this session the monitor is installed. Patients and clinicians can maintain their same workflow while the monitor tracks pressure relief. Patients follow through on their goals, tilt their chair, and relieve pressure throughout the day. Real-time SMS reminders give patients one less thing to worry about. Pressure relief algorithms paint a clear picture of compliance for patients and clinicians. |
