In the distance, a parking lot with one car in it and 13th East are pictured. Beyond that are some densely planted trees and scattered residential buildings. There seems to be some fog or cloudiness; shadows appear faint, and fading in the distance the Wasatch Mountains can only just be made out. The rest of the image is in sharp detail.
