Description |
Dismantled Ford automobile, early model. Charley Neal was traveling from Price to Vernal inspecting the telephone line when his car broke down. At the time, he was just 21 years old and the manager of the telephone company, which he started in Vernal. The telephone posts were steel. People frequently shot the insulators off the posts and he had to check on them often. |
