Glenn owned Vernal Drug Company and was the pharmacist there. He founded the Cedar Springs Boat Marina at Flaming Gorge and Dinah Bowl in Vernal. He was a civic leader in the community and served in many organizations. He served in the Navy during World War II. He was born September 1, 1919 and died February 23, 1999.
