Additional Information In its earliest years, Hotel Utah had a restaurant on the "lower lobby" (basement) level called the Grill Room. In 1937 it was renovated and renamed "The Coffee Shop." In 1973 it became "Crossroads"--a name that had previously been used for a restaurant connected to the Hotel Utah Motor Lodge. In 1984 it was renamed "The Grill." The space is now used as a break room for employees of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building
