In this letter Brigham Young wrote to William A. Hickman to discuss the settlement of Mormons on Shoshone Chief Wahakie's people's lands. Young also explained how important he felt it was to have all of the Indian peoples of Utah to be at peace with each other and with the Mormon settlers. |
