Big Draw Event

The 'Campaign for Drawing' has shown how drawing can be not only a private passion, but shared, public, and collaborative. At 'Big Draw' events at Bishopswood (an environmental study center) children and their families work with artists to explore ideas familiar in public art. They create temporary and ephemeral works, such as these mud prints on banners, which are hung in the trees. (photo by Eileen Adams)
