Conference was held in Atlantic City, N.J. Governors went to Wash., D.C. where Pres. Roosevelt was their dinner speaker. The governors were from 17 states and they met with the Pres. to discuss with him the elimination of duplication and overlapping of taxes. Left to right: Gov. George D. Aiken, Vermont; Gov. Wilbur L.
