Description IgG4-related disease (RD) is a diagnosis of exclusion that manifests as inflammation and fibrosis in any organ, including the meninges and orbits. IgG4-RD has manifested as cranial nerve palsies and vision loss in these settings[1]. These symptoms are reversible with treatment.
