Description |
J.H. Holeman describes tension between Indians and whites following the construction of a bridge and the establishment of a ferry across Green River. Holeman forwards a letter from A. In order to ease tensions, Holeman informs the Indians that the Mormons will temporarily halt the construction of the bridge. Holeman asks for Lea's advice about how to proceed with the matter.
