Pathology Carotid aneurysm rupture
Disease/Diagnosis Fatal acute subdural hematoma from middle fossa transdural rupture of intracavernous aneurysm
Clinical Examination demonstrated hypoesthesia in the distribution of V1 and V2 on the left VI nerve palsy and left oculo-sympathetic palsy.
Presenting Symptom Left-frontal headaches; Left periorbital pain; Periorbital numbness; Horizontal double vision; Nausea
