Pathology Necrotizing inflammatory cells
Disease/Diagnosis Progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy as a sequelae of HIV infection
Clinical VA: 20/20 OU
Presenting Symptom Diplopia; Tinnitus; Vertigo; Urinary retention; Right-sided weakness
Neuroimaging CT; MRI
