Description Dry Fork Creek at the U.S.G.S. gage Dry Fork at the mouth Water had been flowing over the bridge deck when brush and trees dislodged by the high flows partially plugged the upstream bridge opening. Uintah County Road Department crews were on hand to prevent damage to the bridge. A U.S.G.S cable car spanning the stream at this point was washed out. Flow was estimated to be 700 c.f.s. at the time the picture was taken by had been 0.80 feet higher. This looks to be the bridge that was on the Merkley Park road.
