Description |
The Willcox Academy, left, opened for school in 1906 next to the Congregation Church. Two rooms in the church were also used for school classes. It was the first school in the Uinta Basin to offer a four year accademic course preparatory of college. The academy closed in 1922. Both buildings are still standing. |
