Description A Native American (probably Ute) man, woman, and girl stand on a woven rug and pose with a horse in front of a clapboard building with a porch with ornate brackets. The woman and girl wear shawls with fringe, a choker necklace or a long beaded necklace, a silver cuff bracelet, moccasins, and skirts with horizontal stripes near the seams. The man has braids and wears hoop earrings, a vest with a badge, a tie and silver medal over a long cuffed shirt, and moccasins. A hat decorated with feathers and a pelt is on the rug.
