A 64-year old female with a 2-month history of binocular vertical diplopia. Previous history significant for hypertension, colon cancer treated with bowel resection, restless leg syndrome and hypothyroidism. Previous ocular history significant for amblyopia OD and narrow angles Tx laser iridotomy. |

Mononuclear cells with irregular nuclei and scant cytoplasm of right inferior rectus muscle. |

Extraocular muscle metastasis as primary presentation of bronchial carcinoid |

Mild eyelid retraction bilaterally; Mild deficit of depression OD; 8 PD of right hypertropia increasing in downgaze to 16 PD, orthophoric in upgaze. |
