Description |
Avatar IVR is a mobile application designed to provide cancer treatment patients with a personalized guide throughout their recovery process. The main goals of the application are: Monitor the patient and any symptoms or side effects they may be suffering; Alert the patient's clinician in the event that the patient's symptoms are too severe and must be dealt with; and Coach the patient on ways they can improve their quality of life themselves. An on-screen character customized by the patient will help guide them through their recovery process. |
