Correspondence from February of 1934 related to the business activity of First Security Corporation and its subsidiaries, including First Security Bank of Utah and First Security Bank of Wyoming. Bank loans were a common theme in the correspondence. One exchange of letters discussed denial of a loan to Utah Senator Reed Smoot. Includes a telegram dated 2 February 1934 from a conference of banks and liverstock growers assembled in Rock Springs, Wyoming, to Joseph C. O'Mahoney, U.S. Senator from Wyoming, regarding the organization of a Production Credit Corporation. Correspondence from Marriner S.
