Scans of several reviews of Sidney Hyman's biography, "Marriner S. Eccles: Private Entrepreneur and Public Servant," along with correspondence between Mr. Eccles and others about the reviews. Columnist Eliot Janeway quoted the book in a column published in the San Francisco Examiner & Chronicle, 10 July 1977. An article in the Daily Utah Chronicle covered a Hinckley Institute of Politics meeting in which Professor James Gardner reviewed the book and recapped Mr. Eccles's career. A review by Edwin L. Dale, Jr., appeared in the July 1977 issue of "Across the Board" magazine, and Mr. Eccles sent copies to various relatives and associates.
