Marriner S. Eccles, correspondence related to Beckoning Frontiers [27]

Correspondence of Marriner S. Eccles related to his 1951 autobiography, Beckoning Frontiers. The letters, all from 1965 and 1966, are primarily requests for copies and comments on its contents as well as Mr. Eccles's replies. Correspondents included Alfred A. Knopf, head of the publisher of the book, pitching the idea that Mr. Eccles write another book; and W. Peter Ramberg, Vice President at United California Bank in San Francisco, who sent a copy of a review he wrote about Mr. Eccles's book for the Pacific Coast Banking School.
