Includes a 33-page typescript of a speech entitled "Formulation of Federal Reserve policies in the post-war period," by Woodlief Thomas given in Dallas, Texas, on 15 April 1952; and a memorandum about "Adjustments in salaries paid to members of Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System," written by Wilbur T. Blair, Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Ohio.
