Description |
The object of the writer has not been to produce a well balanced rhetoric paper, nor has an attempt been made at a scientifically discussion of Co-operation of Communism. It is not even proposed to discuss the practicability of either one of these except as it may call for comment incidentally. All we have attempted is a presentation of facts, endeavoring to take into consideration the views and motives of the people most concerned. As far as possible we will let them speak for themselves through their written records and otherwise. In fact, it is the object to give the reader what facts we are able to obtain as much as possible from original sources and let him make his own inferences and draw his own conclusions. There has been no attempt to save any problems that may present themselves, or to discuss to any great extent, the merit of the questions that may arise, but, on the other hand, comments on the various subjects will not be strictly eliminate. |
