Pathology Infiltration of right optic nerve and meninges with chronic inflammatory cells.
Disease/Diagnosis Chronic optic neuritis with inflammation involving meninges
Clinical VA: NLP OD, 20/20 OS, declining to 20/400; RAPD OD
Presenting Symptom Loss of vision OD
Neuroimaging MRI
Treatment Corticosteroids; Immunosuppressive agents
